Ghanaian rapper, M.anifest has weighed in on the flooding situation in Accra with a brief but thought-provoking post on social media.Reacting to the heavy rains that left several parts of the capital inundated on Monday, the award-winning musician wrote on X (formerly Twitter):“In Accra you don’t plan for disaster but disaster plans for you.”
