Queen Meela, the former wife of Ghanaian musician Fancy Gadam, has broken her silence following their separation, addressing ongoing tensions and addressing online criticism surrounding their split.

In a video circulating on social media, Queen Meela expressed disappointment over her former husband’s conduct, noting that despite his earlier public claims that they parted amicably and remained on good terms for the sake of their child, subsequent actions online suggested otherwise.

She alleged that Fancy Gadam had reposted content from social media users who were insulting and attacking her following their separation. According to her, such behavior is difficult to reconcile with the years they spent together and the personal sacrifices she made during their relationship.

“When he came online to say we were no more, he said we are not enemies because we have a child. Yes, me, I will never see him as an enemy because he’s my child’s father,” she noted.

However, emphasizing her stance on the breakdown of mutual respect, she delivered a firm message:

“I will never see him as my enemy because he is the father of my child. But if he sees me as an enemy, forgetting everything I sacrificed for him, then that’s his own cup of tea.”

Queen Meela opted not to delve into the private details of what caused their marriage to end, maintaining that she had no interest in turning their separation into a prolonged public spectacle. Fancy Gadam had earlier confirmed the end of their relationship, characterizing it as mutual and emphasizing the importance of protecting their child’s welfare, though these recent remarks highlight lingering friction between the former couple.
