Ghanaian music producer Joker Nharnah has revealed that a new music project from award-winning artiste Black Sherif has been completed and submitted to his management ahead of its release this year.
Speaking during an interview on Hitz FM’s morning programme Daybreak Hitz, Joker Nharnah disclosed that he had finished production work on the project and officially handed it over to the artiste’s management team, Road Boys Association.
“I just submitted the new Blacko project. So you guys should expect,” he told hosts Kwame Dadzie and Doreen Avio.
The producer further revealed that the upcoming release is expected to be a new anthology from Black Sherif, adding to the artiste’s growing catalogue of impactful projects.
Joker Nharnah has played a major role in shaping Black Sherif’s sound and international success, producing several of the rapper’s biggest records, including Kwaku the Traveller, Soja, Konongo Zongo, January 9, Soma Obi, and Homeless Song.
His production credits with Black Sherif also include songs such as Shut Up, Dreamer, The Victory Song, Sin City, Top of the Morning, and Gone Tomorrow.
The producer was also a key contributor to Black Sherif’s critically acclaimed Iron Boy album, which won the Album of the Year award at the 2026 Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
Born Joshua Aime Adjei, Joker Nharnah is recognised as one of Ghana’s notable music producers and sound architects, known for creating emotionally driven compositions that have helped shape the sound of contemporary African music.
As one of Black Sherif’s closest creative collaborators, Joker Nharnah has been instrumental in developing the unique musical identity that has connected the artiste with audiences in Ghana and around the world.
With the new project now in the hands of management, anticipation continues to build among fans eager to experience the next chapter of Black Sherif’s musical journey.
