Black Sherif’s producer “Joker” hints at new mega project

Ghanaian music producer Joshua Nii Adjei, popularly known as Joker Nharnah, has revealed that he has submitted songs for a new project by award-winning artiste Black Sherif, expected to be released later this year.

Speaking on Daybreak Hitz with Kwame Dadzie and Doreen Avio, Joker Nharnah disclosed that he was already involved in the upcoming project and was anticipating its official release.

“I just submitted a new Blacko project, so you guys should expect. I am not supposed to say this, but it is coming out soon. I have submitted it to management and I am anticipating its release,” he said.

Joker Nharnah, who has worked closely with Black Sherif, is known for producing some of the artiste’s biggest hits, including Kwaku The Traveller, Soja, Konongo Zongo, Swaaga, Popstar, Fallen Angel and Run, among others.

He noted that Black Sherif has been on a remarkable run since winning the Artiste of the Year award at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards, following the release of three successful songs that have performed strongly with fans.

According to the producer, Black Sherif’s promise to maintain momentum and release more music after his major award win has been evident in his recent output.

With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, Richmond Adu-Poku adeptly integrates his expertise in writing, music, and entrepreneurship. He serves as the General Secretary of the Ghana Association of the Phonographic Industry (GAPI) and the CEO of Ghana Music Live. Richmond is also a sought-after consultant for key industry players, including MUSIGA. In addition to his creative roles, he works full-time as a business consultant.
