Ghanaian gospel musician and founder of RockHill Church, Dr. Sonnie Badu, has credited the success and growth of his ministry to the unwavering support of his wife, Ann-Marie Badu.
The UK-based musician and pastor said having a supportive partner has been instrumental in helping him manage the demands of music ministry, pastoral leadership and international travel.
Speaking about family, ministry and leadership, the Baba hitmaker described his wife as a key pillar behind his achievements, saying her support has provided the stability and peace he needs to focus on his calling.
“My ministry is successful today because I have a good wife. Behind everything you see, there is a woman who prays, holds the home together, and gives me the peace of mind to focus on what God has called me to do.”
Sonnie Badu stressed that harmony within the home can have a significant impact on a person’s effectiveness in their professional and public responsibilities.
He therefore encouraged young pastors, gospel artistes and aspiring leaders to carefully consider compatibility, shared values and support when choosing life partners.
